Exchange & Return Policy

At TOOBY LOOBY, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible exchange and return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

🗓️ Exchange or Return Window

You may exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• With all original tags attached

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Underwear
• Thermal wear sets
• Socks
• Towels
• Leggings
• Bermuda shorts
• Any similar items

🚚 Shipping Costs

• If we sent the wrong item: we cover all shipping costs.
• For exchanges/returns due to customer choice: customer covers shipping costs.

⚠️ Important Notice

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please report it to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package. After that period, we are no longer responsible for any damages or missing products.
